I’ve been using essential oils for years. Ever since my kids were babies and I went on this “all natural” kick and was making all my own baby lotions, butt balms, etc. I’ve loaded them up with essential oils (EO’s) that cured it all. So I don’t know why I never really got into using EO’s to cure things for myself other than the odd cut or scrape or just to make some homemade bath salts smell yummy.

The soles also have the largest pores, which means the oils soak into the bloodstream quicker. Who knew? After reading this, I thought, hey, I have cypress, and decided to try it out. I mean what harm could it do? Well, I mixed a couple of drops with a tablespoon of coconut oil and rubbed it on my feet. I slept like a baby!

After using this for about a week and getting some much needed quality sleep, I had a different friend post about how she had quit using her allergy meds and only used LLP bombs to control her allergies. LLP Bomb

3 drops lemon essential oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil

You can either add all these to a gelatin capsule and swallow or add to a small amount of water and swallow (which does not taste good, you’ve been warned) if you use pure dietary grade oils like those sold at Spark Naturals. Or, you can rub these oils on the bottoms of your feet and then cup your hands under your nose and inhale the vapors from the remaining oils on your hands. If you do not feel the effects within 20-30 minuted, you can repeat.
